A note: The missiles themselves do not destroy the meteors. You must click where you want the missile to explode, and the explosion itself destroys the meteor. 

Click/Drag from turrets to target to launch missiles

Click and open the menu on the right to plant crops

Defend  and harvest crops to make money

Click and open the menu on the left to purchase upgrades

Turrets and  plots heal one point of health after each wave

If all plots are destroyed, you lose
